Any items will be replaced or refunded within 15 working days of it arriving back if you are dissatified with the item. If items were purchased more than 21 days before the complaint was registered, you will be no longer eligible to return them.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for postage delays or damage. Refunds can only be made into the bank account which they were paid from.
